Pops was born on July 21, 1946 in Pukaski, Tn. His parents were Ervin Bert Williams and Eva Jane Moats Williams. He was the youngest of 5 children. He had 2 sisters and 2 brothers. He was a great father to 5 boys. (Johnny, Kenny, Lil Wayne, Greg, and Timothy. He spent 30 yrs with Juanita Jackson Williams. We will miss him tremendously.
